You were feeling anxious for not having done a task that you committed doing for the day. You still have time to do it, but you just push it to the last moment. Then comes the moment when you finally find the will to start the task. You focus on the task for hours, and finally, you're able to finish it. That's the moment when you feel fulfilled. You feel proud of yourself; the anxiety suddenly goes away. You're in a better state now, but you know that tomorrow you'll pass for all this again.
So why not complete the task the earlier you can and so avoid the daily anxiety?
